Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Minimum 1–2 years of previous experience in housekeeping operations, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Basic knowledge of:
- Room cleaning standards
- Linen management
- Housekeeping equipment and chemicals
- Diploma or professional qualification in Hotel Management or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in guest rooms and public areas.
- Support daily housekeeping operations to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Ensure guest rooms and common areas are well-presented and fully prepared.
- Handle housekeeping equipment and cleaning materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain linen inventory and housekeeping supplies.
- Follow hotel quality standards and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional hospitality services.
- Contribute to creating memorable guest experiences through outstanding housekeeping services.
