Qualifications & Experience
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L), preferably with ICT as a subject.
- Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, and software applications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, printers, and networking.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic IT-related issues.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and IT systems.
- Ability to work responsibly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and record IT support requests from hospital staff.
- Provide first-level technical support for basic hardware and software issues.
- Assist users with login, password, email, printer, and system access issues.
- Install and configure computers, printers, and other IT equipment under supervision.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant IT team members.
- Update the IT helpdesk system with issue details and resolution status.
- Support the maintenance of IT equipment and asset records.
- Assist with basic network and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Follow IT security, confidentiality, and hospital data protection procedures.
- Deliver courteous and professional IT support to all users.
Required Skills
- Basic computer troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
