Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Qualified or Part Qualified in CIMA, CA, or CPA (Australia).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
- Experience working in manufacturing or industrial finance is an added advantage.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, Navision, or similar ERP systems is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and annual management accounts and financial reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Develop financial models and oversee cash flow management.
- Perform inventory analysis and reporting.
- Support ERP implementation and finance process improvements.
- Oversee payroll processes and payment approvals.
- Drive AI-powered finance process improvements.
- Support global finance operations in collaboration with the Australian finance team.
- Mentor and support members of the accounts team.
Required Skills
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- ERP implementation experience is preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and VBA will be an added advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing finance and Work-in-Progress (WIP) accounting is preferred.
- Ability to use AI tools to improve finance processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
