Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- A postgraduate qualification such as a Master’s Degree or MBA in a relevant field will be considered an added advantage.
- Proven administrative and managerial experience within a media organization.
- Demonstrated experience in content monitoring, programme selection, compliance, and governance.
- Strong knowledge of procedural compliance, policy implementation, and risk management practices.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and review media content to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend drama and programme selections in line with content standards and business objectives.
- Ensure procedural compliance across all operational workflows.
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and risk management practices.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare compliance reports and support internal and external audit activities.
- Promote a culture of compliance and continuous improvement across media operations.
