Qualifications & Experience
- Professional membership with ICASL, CIMA, or ACCA.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
- Exposure to Board of Investment (BOI) operations will be an added advantage.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent analytical and business acumen.
- Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, and operational efficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with SAP ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Applicants should preferably be below 40 years of age.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the finance team while supporting the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
- Manage financial reporting, accounting operations, and statutory compliance.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, and financial controls.
- Prepare and analyze financial information to ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting.
- Provide financial insights and strategic analysis to support senior management decision-making.
- Work closely with cross-functional departments to improve business performance.
- Maintain relationships with auditors, banks, regulatory authorities, and other external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in finance processes and operational efficiency.
