Qualifications & Experience

  • G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification.
  • Part qualification from a recognized professional accounting or finance body.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar cashiering or finance role within a reputed organization.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Experience using SAP systems will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately collect cash received from PR cashiers.
  • Ensure the accuracy of change money floats.
  • Monitor PR cashier and pharmacy cashier functions.
  • Work closely with Wipro and Group IT teams while developing knowledge of the Hospital Information System.
  • Handle cashier-related complaints and operational difficulties by directing them to the relevant departments.
  • Receive cash collections accurately and cross-check bills with system records.
  • Maintain compliance with hospital financial procedures and internal controls.
  • Support daily cashiering operations to ensure efficient financial transactions.
