Qualifications & Experience
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L).
- Certificate or training from a recognized institute relevant to business administration or the job scope.
- Minimum of one year of experience in lease administration and documentation.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a reputed banking or finance organization will be an added advantage.
- Good administrative, documentation, and record management skills.
- Ability to work accurately while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and file all mandatory records and documents related to granted facilities.
- Dispatch completed files and required documentation to the Head Office.
- Prepare and submit supplier payment documents accurately and on time.
- Handle the delivery of documents to customers as required.
- Update company systems with accurate customer and service information.
- Monitor and follow up on assigned arrears contracts daily.
- Maintain assigned registers and ensure all records remain accurate and up to date.
- Perform relief cashier duties whenever required.
- Support the smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the branch.
