Qualifications & Experience
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L).
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or non-banking finance industry.
- Practical experience in sales and marketing of leasing or lending products is highly preferred.
- Experience in customer relationship management and business development will be an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Sinhala. Knowledge of Tamil will be a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers while achieving assigned business targets.
- Manage and develop the business portfolio through effective customer engagement.
- Ensure timely collection of rental dues and maintain healthy customer relationships.
- Prepare and execute individual business development plans.
- Organize and participate in promotional campaigns and business canvassing activities.
- Regularly visit business partners, suppliers, dealers, introducers, and other stakeholders to strengthen business relationships.
- Follow up and finalize business opportunities within the expected timelines.
- Contribute to the overall growth and expansion objectives of the organization.
