Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or professional qualification in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in card sales, banking, or a related financial services role.
- Previous experience in project management or campaign management is preferred.
- Strong understanding of credit card products and sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.
- Applicants should preferably be below 30 years of age.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead special Credit Card sales projects and targeted acquisition campaigns.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate with Branch Networks, Marketing, and Card Centre teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare MIS reports and management reports.
- Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and strategic partnerships.
- Provide leadership and guidance to teams involved in special sales initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with product guidelines, risk policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the key liaison between management and operational teams.
- Ensure all customer interactions comply with Financial Consumer Protection Regulations and internal banking policies.
