Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Risk Management, Law, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, or a similar role.
- Sound understanding of risk management principles, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with SAP will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of AI tools and data visualization platforms such as Power BI is a plus.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and maintaining the Group Risk & Compliance framework.
- Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct Operational Risk Self-Assessments (ORSA) and identify potential risk areas.
- Perform internal audits, compliance reviews, and ad-hoc investigations.
- Prepare compliance reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Monitor insurance policies, agreements, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Liaise with business units to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the Group Head of Audit & Risk and Group Manager – Risk & Compliance to strengthen the organization’s compliance culture.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to governance, risk management, and internal controls.
