Qualifications & Experience

  • Possess a part or full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank.
  • Approximately 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in branch banking.
  • Mandatory exposure to credit operations and branch banking activities.
  • Sound knowledge of financial statement analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in portfolio management and customer relationship development will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to expand the customer portfolio by acquiring new clients and strengthening existing relationships.
  • Provide personalized financial advice and recommend suitable banking products and services.
  • Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, manage associated risks, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operations and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Participate in business development initiatives and remain updated on industry trends and market developments.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
