Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of ERP project management experience, including at least 3 successful full ERP implementations, preferably within educational institutions or membership-based organizations.
  • Experience in vendor evaluation, stakeholder management, and contract coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of data migration, system integration, software testing, and organizational change management.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or ERP-related certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects while ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, progress reporting, and business process re-engineering activities.
  • Evaluate vendor proposals, support contract negotiations, and coordinate with implementation partners.
  • Collaborate with business users, management, IT teams, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate business requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
  • Oversee ERP configuration, customization, data migration, and system integrations.
  • Plan and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performance testing, and issue resolution.
  • Lead user training, organizational change management, and adoption initiatives.
  • Coordinate go-live activities and post-implementation (hypercare) support.
  • Oversee post-implementation stabilization, quality assurance, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure project governance, compliance with applicable laws, data protection requirements, organizational policies, and software licensing agreements.
  • Ensure seamless integration between CRM, LMS, ERP, websites, and communication platforms.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure contractual obligations are successfully achieved.
