Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. or B.Tech).
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience managing residential and commercial construction projects.
- Proven experience in project planning, execution, and team management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Experience in coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Immediate availability will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage residential and commercial construction projects.
- Coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion within budget.
- Lead project teams and provide technical guidance throughout project execution.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare project schedules, reports, and performance updates.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources and successful project delivery.
