Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer networking.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
