Qualifications & Experience
- Age below 30 years.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Good knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Willingness to work in Naula.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain personnel files and HR records accurately.
- Coordinate payroll-related information, EPF, ETF, and other HR administrative functions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
- Support employee welfare activities and factory administration.
- Coordinate with the Head Office on HR and administrative matters.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the management.
