Qualifications & Experience
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
- Pleasant conversation and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for operations, administration, and marketing.
- Previous experience in Marketing or Customer Care will be an added advantage.

- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic computer literacy and Microsoft Office knowledge are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality delivery of innovation programs and maintain branch facilities.
- Manage daily branch operations and administrative activities.
- Plan and execute marketing activities for the assigned branch.
- Coordinate with program participants through emails, phone calls, and walk-in inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and support branch administration.
- Assist in organizing educational programs and promotional events.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth branch operations.
