Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry (Special) or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product development, preferably in the fragrance or water treatment chemical industry.
- Strong understanding of formulation chemistry and product regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Valid driving licence with willingness to travel extensively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate fragrance formulations for household, personal care, and industrial applications.
- Work closely with customers to understand technical requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Provide technical support to the Sales and Marketing team during customer visits, product presentations, and product evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Travel extensively to support customer projects and follow-up activities.
- Achieve product-oriented sales targets while promoting company solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through technical expertise and professional service.
