Qualifications & Experience
- G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) or equivalent qualification.
- Diploma or vocational training in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Hospitality, Food Handling, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory operations, preferably in the F&B, hotel, or food production sector.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Experience using inventory management or ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Good organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming food materials, frozen goods, dry items, and packaging materials against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Report damaged, missing, or non-compliant items promptly.
- Maintain proper storage, labeling, and stock rotation using FIFO and FEFO methods.
- Conduct regular stock counts and monitor stock variances, shortages, and expiry dates.
- Issue materials to production sections based on approved requisitions.
- Update ERP systems and maintain accurate records of receiving, issuing, wastage, and inventory.
- Identify slow-moving, near-expiry, and obsolete stock for timely action.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and inventory control standards.
