Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the coffee industry.
- Good communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
- Age below 40 years.
- Previous experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality operations will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and manage daily outlet operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily outlet operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise outlet staff.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and operational objectives.
- Prepare shift reports and communicate operational updates to management.
