Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from a recognized university or institute.
- Full professional qualification in SLIM or CIM.
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position within the service sector.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Communication skills in Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Willingness to travel across Sri Lanka.
- Public speaking skills will be considered an added advantage.
- Preferred age between 30 and 45 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the organization’s corporate marketing strategy while maximizing available resources.
- Grow and expand the student portfolio through effective marketing initiatives.
- Develop and strengthen brand awareness among students and key stakeholders.
- Plan and lead school, campus, and community outreach programs across Sri Lanka.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with mainstream media and digital media platforms to promote the organization.
- Manage and coordinate marketing activities across all AAT Sri Lanka branches.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to achieve marketing objectives.
- Lead and motivate the marketing team to achieve organizational goals.
