Qualifications & Experience
- G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and computer applications.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day marketing activities.
- Develop and maintain the customer database.
- Coordinate product promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales team to update customer databases.
- Coordinate seminars, workshops, and registration confirmations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve marketing objectives.
- Maintain accurate marketing records and customer information.
- Support promotional and brand development initiatives.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with CRM software and database management.
