Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Applicants should be below 45 years of age.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company’s houses and apartment projects.
- Generate new customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Provide product information and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: Rs. 125,000 per month.
- Monthly Marketing Commission: Up to Rs. 350,000.
- Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to Rs. 100,000.
- Total Earning Potential: Up to Rs. 575,000 per month.
- Monthly vehicle allowance of Rs. 75,000 after completing 3 months.
