Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar managerial role within the coffee or café industry.
- Strong communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
- Age below 50 years.
- Previous experience in outlet operations, customer service, or hospitality management will be an added advantage.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high service standards.
- Supervise, train, and motivate outlet staff.
- Monitor outlet performance and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering requirements.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Prepare operational reports and coordinate with management.
