Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience as a Sample Machine Operator or Sewing Machine Operator is preferred.
- Experience in jacket sewing or woven garment production will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of garment construction and sewing techniques.
- Ability to maintain high-quality workmanship and accuracy.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines to produce jacket samples.
- Ensure garment samples meet company quality standards and specifications.
- Read and follow sample patterns, measurements, and technical instructions.
- Maintain productivity while ensuring high-quality output.
- Report machine faults or production issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area.
- Support sample development and production teams when required.
- Follow company safety and operational procedures.
