Qualifications & Experience
- Technician Diploma in Motor Vehicle Systems or a Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Supervisor or Advisor in fleet management or a similar role is an added advantage.
- Experience in preparing and analysing operational reports using Microsoft Excel and fleet management systems.
- Good understanding of vehicle yard operations, fleet scheduling, and vehicle maintenance processes.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily fleet management operations and ensure smooth vehicle utilization.
- Prepare and maintain fleet performance reports, utilization reports, fuel consumption reports, and management dashboards.
- Monitor vehicle movement, allocation, availability, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, preventive maintenance schedules, and inspections.
- Liaise with drivers, workshops, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure timely submission of operational and management reports.
- Maintain accurate fleet records and support continuous operational improvements.
