Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction or industrial projects.
- Experience in steel fabrication projects will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of construction methods, technical drawings, and site procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project execution, technical coordination, and site supervision.
- Prepare technical drawings, project documentation, and work schedules.
- Coordinate with engineers, quantity surveyors, production teams, and site personnel.
- Monitor project progress, quality control, and material usage.
- Assist with quantity take-offs and basic cost estimation.
- Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical and site-related issues.
Required Skills
- Sound knowledge of construction and engineering practices.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Good project coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
