Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Textile Technology, Apparel Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar Industrial Engineering role within the apparel industry.
- Hands-on experience with IE tools, SMV analysis, line balancing, and productivity improvement.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct time studies, motion studies, and develop SMV/SAM standards.
- Improve production line efficiency and minimize production wastage.
- Support production planning and capacity balancing activities.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement productivity improvement initiatives.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and promote best practices.
- Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S implementation across factory operations.
- Prepare Industrial Engineering reports, efficiency dashboards, and performance analysis.
- Monitor production performance and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with production and technical teams to achieve operational excellence.
