Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in handling inbound tourism, preferably from India, Malaysia, or Australia.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Ability to work from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound travel bookings, including flights, hotels, and tour packages.
- Provide excellent customer service and travel support.
- Promote and upsell travel products and services.
- Assist customers with travel inquiries and itinerary planning.
- Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.
- Coordinate with travel partners and service providers.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a seamless travel experience for all clients.
