Qualifications & Experience
- Full or Part qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Business Analytics, Physical Science, or a related discipline.
- Undergraduate or student seeking industrial exposure is encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the overall planning and procurement processes.
- Prepare and circulate supply chain reports by extracting and compiling data from SAP.
- Assist in day-to-day supply chain analytics to support operational teams.
- Identify operational trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare analytical presentations for internal management reviews.
- Support KPI monitoring and performance tracking activities.
- Coordinate with planning and procurement teams to collect accurate operational data.
- Regularly update dashboards to ensure stakeholders have visibility into key business metrics.
- Contribute to data-driven decision-making within the supply chain function.
