Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Quality Management, Food Science, Textile Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Recognized ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification.
- Recognized ISO 14001 Lead Auditor qualification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant industry and auditing experience.
- Strong understanding of management system standards, auditing principles, and certification requirements.
- Experience conducting first, second, and third-party audits.
- Strong technical knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and report-writing skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 audits in accordance with accreditation and certification requirements.
- Plan, conduct, and independently report audit findings.
- Prepare audit plans, audit reports, and certification documentation.
- Evaluate management systems for compliance with applicable international standards.
- Ensure technical accuracy and timely completion of audit deliverables.
- Conduct opening and closing meetings with clients.
- Provide technical guidance throughout the certification process.
- Support business development initiatives and participate in technical discussions when required.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.
