Qualifications & Experience

  • A recognized qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Facility Services, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Proven experience in maintenance management within a workshop, service centre, automotive, or engineering environment.
  • Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and safety practices.
  • Experience working with sophisticated building management systems will be an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working effectively with operational teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage maintenance activities to ensure the reliability, safety, and efficient performance of workshop equipment and machinery.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programmes to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Ensure efficient operation of utilities and facility infrastructure.
  • Maintain high standards of workplace safety and equipment reliability.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules and resource allocation for maximum operational efficiency.
  • Lead and supervise maintenance teams while promoting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor maintenance performance and implement strategies to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure uninterrupted workshop activities.
