Qualifications & Experience
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) in Mathematics or Science stream.
- Successfully completed a Certificate or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
- Fresh school leavers with relevant technical qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- Prior industrial training or engineering experience will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of engineering principles and technical maintenance practices.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and on shift schedules if required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the maintenance of production lines and manufacturing equipment.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, MEP, utilities, and related engineering systems.
- Assist engineering technicians in equipment installation, troubleshooting, inspections, and repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime.
- Ensure machinery operates efficiently while maintaining production continuity.
- Follow Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
- Maintain maintenance records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Carry out additional engineering-related duties assigned by supervisors.
