Qualifications & Experience
- 3-year Nursing Diploma or BSc in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- The qualification should include an approved theoretical and practical training programme.
- 3–8 years of hospital nursing experience in a Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU).
- Strong clinical knowledge of intensive care nursing practices.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced critical care environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients admitted to the Medical Intensive Care Unit.
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and compliance with hospital clinical protocols.
- Assist doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams during medical procedures.
- Monitor patients’ conditions continuously and respond promptly to medical emergencies.
- Maintain accurate and complete nursing documentation and patient records.
- Adhere to hospital quality standards, infection control procedures, and patient safety guidelines.
- Support patient recovery through compassionate and professional nursing care.
